Room for Two offers a spacious open plan living area with a superking-sized bed,which can be made into a twin on request, a breakfast table and a mini kitchenette with a well stocked fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a flat-screen TV and WiFi.
The bathroom offers a bath with shower, dressing gowns, towels, slippers and even an 'emergency drawer' containing any bits guests may have forgotten, such as a sewing kit and toothpaste.
Can you suggest any activities or things to do while staying in the Rushlake Green area?
There are plenty of attractions and places to visit within a short distance of Room for Two. A folder of things to do and places to visit in the local area, as well as a list of tried and tested pubs and restaurants, is provided in the room. There is no lack of historic sights in the area, and beautiful towns and villages, country walks and even the beach are all within a 20 minute drive of the B&B.
Where can guests enjoy food and drink?
There are some fantastic pubs and restaurants within driving distance of Room for Two. Sara is always happy to provide recommendations (there is also a folder in the room) or help with booking a table or getting a taxi for you.
In the B&B itself, the fridge is always stocked with everything guests need for a delicious continental style breakfast, including granola, fruits and fresh bread, but Sara also offers a home-cooked breakfast, which can be ordered the night before.

Based in the heart of rural East Sussex, there are plenty of fantastic walks that can be done from the B&B. There are footpath maps for the local walks in the room, but you are also in easy access of the South Downs and the coastal walks of the National Trails England Coast Path.
