Can you suggest any activities or things to do while staying in the Northallerton area?
In the small hamlet of Lovesome Hill, the Farm is only 3 miles north of the County Town of Northallerton – not far from 'Battle of the Standard' historic site. In Northallerton there are wonderful shopping options and on Wednesday and Saturday there is a very busy market.
Where can guests enjoy food and drink?
The hearty Farm House Breakfast, cooked on the aga, is served in the dining room and in the granary dining house which are adjacent to each other. If and when possible, with prior notice and at the convenience of the host, a set dinner menu can be made available. The food is homemade and wholesome, using fresh local products or home-reared meat as much as possible.
