Fisherman's House B&B is one of the prettiest houses on the River Kennet, set in a beautiful valley. Exquisite Georgian house in an idyllic setting. Jeremy and Heather serve breakfast in the elegant conservatory which leads into the charming garden with the lawn sloping down to the river - the perfect place to sit and enjoy the wildlife and magnificent view. All rooms have TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Full English or Continental breakfast is included. Several good places to eat nearby for evening meals. Convenient for the market towns of Marlborough and Hungerford. Avebury, Oxford, Newbury, Bath and Cheltenham all within easy reach.

Outstanding! This was an absolutely charming and beautiful accomodation that we cannot recommend highly enough. Heather is the most charming hostess who took care of all our needs. Breakfast was superb as were all amenities in her lovely home. We were very well located to visit Bath, Stonehage, Salisbury and the Cotswolds. Just an hour and a half from Heathrow, it was easy to get to and out of. Golf and fishing was nearby, with the river at the bottom of her garden. Will be back.
