The Elms Guest House is a warm and friendly bed and breakfast in St Austell on the Cornish Riviera just minutes from the popular Eden Project and the beautiful victorian Lost Gardens of Heligan. A magnificent Georgian Style House dating back to the1920's. Many of the fine original features have been lovingly maintained including wooden panels and old radiators. We provide surroundings for your relaxation and comfort and for that special occasion our King Size four poster bed is a must. A tasteful first class traditional Cornish breakfast is served in the conservatory that will set you up for the day, whatever you choose to do. Our location in Mid-Cornwall is perfect to visit most of the major attractions Cornwall has to offer. We are within walking distance of the new town of St.Austell with all it's new shops, new cinema and lots of restaurants. St.Austell bus and train station are both within easy reach for those travelling without a car.

A refreshing shower in the morning and then a beautifully cooked and delicious breakfast. All in all an experience we would like to...

We were provided with a map of St Austell and routes shown to the best places to eat. Breakfast gave a good choice and was well-cooked, and altogether we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would love to return ag...
