Overview

Ednovean Farm is a luxury, five-star B&B, set in Italianate and sub-tropical gardens, poised above Mounts Bay, in West Cornwall. The  stylish yet comfortable, country chic bedrooms, each open to a private terrace. These days, uniquely each en suite bedroom has their very own breakfast room reserved for especially them. In fact The Blue bedroom could be described as a suite because guests only have to open thier bedroom door to find breakfast, overlooking the courtyard and fountain. Whilst The Apricot bedroom guests stroll down through the courtyard to a candlelit garden room with a view to the sea..

Ednovean Farm has that timeless, special atmoshere, that can only come from a place that has been in occupation since the 12th Century. Since converting the buildings and opening in 1991,  romantic gardens, courtyards and terraces have been developed, that are perfect for a secluded relaxing, break especially for garden lovers.

Walk across the fields from Ednovean Farm to Perranuthnoe and the sandy tidal beach or explore the coastal footpath that hugs the cliffs. Discover the smuggler's coves of Prussia to the east or turn westwards to Marazion and St Micheal's Mount.

And Peranuthnoe? The road stops at the sea here but the two cafes and a leading gastro  pub mean that you will not go hungry!

What do you think makes a stay at Ednovean Farm unique?

The sub tropical gardens are set above the sweep of Mounts Bay with beautiful sea views.  Explore a garden of contrast from  the Mediterranean inspired courtyards  crafted from the  old farmyard, to open lawns and the secluded subtropical garden rooms within the Italianate garden. This is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views or find a secluded corner.

The local village of Perranuthnoe is just in the valley at the bottom of the farm's fields. Enticingly close for a gentle stroll to the sandy beach coastal walks, the two cafes, galleries and pub. However a minutes drive will take you back to the A road to explore West Cornwall from Land's End to the Lizard Penisular; from St Ives to Penzance; from Poldark's mining country to early stone circles. There is so much to explore in this ancient landscape you may need more time!
