Costilost sits proudly in 25 acres of glorious Cornish countryside, not far from Wadebridge. It is a stunning and unique Grade II listed country lodge and 16th century farmhouse, that has been transformed into a stylish, modern, organic retreat B&B.
Costislost is close to Padstow, Port Isaac, Polzeath and Eden, and not far from the Camel trail. It makes the perfect base for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.
What makes a stay at Costislost Organic Retreat B&B unique?
The focus at Costislost is on well-being, with breakfast made using local produce, and only the finest products used throughout, including natural toiletries, down bedding and Egyptian cotton linen. Guests are welcome to relax in the lounge, in front of the wood burner. There is a FIR sauna and a yoga room, and Costislost is an adults only space.
Costislost is the perfect place to unwind and recharge, sitting as it does in the middle of the unspoiled Cornish countryside, with peace and tranquility on all sides. Ashtanga yoga is available throughout the week (except in August).
What are the rooms and facilities on offer at Costislost Organic Retreat B&B?
There are four superking rooms at Costislost, all with four poster beds, and a separate seating area. The fifth guest bedroom can be configured as a twin room or as a superking room. This guest bedroom has a very spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower only.
The rooms have been furnished in a unique style, with many items sourced during the owners' extensive travels around the world.
All rooms have down bedding, Egyptian cotton line, tea and coffee making facilities, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and homemade biscuits.
Artwork produced by local artists is on display throughout the house and is available for purchase.
What can guests enjoy when staying in the Wadebridge area?
Cornwall has something for everyone, from walking and cycling to rock climbing and surfing. Follow the Camel Trail or hike along the South Coast Path, or even wander the wilds of Exmoor - there really is a huge variety of walking on offer here.
There are many stunning stately homes and gardens to discover too, along with many other cultural attractions. Highlights include The Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum, as well as Tintagel, the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Trebah.
There are also many delightful villages to explore, such as Port Isaac, made famous by the Doc Martin TV show.

Costislost is fortunate to be within a 15 minute drive of some exceptional pubs and restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Nathan Outlaw, Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth,and a stunning country pub with a real fire, real ales and local gins and wines.
Dogs are welcome - Joey, Costislost's very friendly lurcher would love to have other dogs come to stay!
