The main house is composed of one Four Poster Room (Hydrangea Room) with a private bathroom, a double room (Rose Room), and one twin room (Hydrangea Room), with an adjoining bathroom (Raspberry Room, etc). The main house was built in the 14th so there are many exposed beams both in the reception areas and the guest bedrooms. Clayton Wickham Farmhouse is the perfect environment to treat yourself to a relaxing massage or beauty treatment. They are pleased to offer treatments in the comfort of your own room, or weather permitting, in the Thai house in the garden.

Many points of interest are open to us. The town of Lewes is about 20 minutes 'drive from its castle and the historical buildings, and the popular Brighton resort is located about 20 minutes away by car, with numerous shops and restaurants. Famous homes, such as Hever Castle and Chartwell are easily accessible and the Sheffield Park, Bateman's and Wakehurst, to name only a few, has many well known gardens. With its International Show Jumping, the Bluebell Steam Trail and the Glyndebourne Opera House, this House is also close to Hickstead.
