Overview

Bulltown Farmhouse is a family-run, 15th century farmhouse in an area of outstanding natural beauty, but close to many National Trust and English Heritage gardens and castles, and even Designer outlets. It's an ideal area for walking or cycling.

What makes a stay at Bulltown Farmhouse unique?

Bulltown Farmhouse is full of historic interest, with large inglenooks and exposed beams. Enjoy an Aga-cooked breakfast with local produce and eggs from the farm. Guests have access to a beautiful English garden, where one can just take time out and chill.

What are the rooms and facilities on offer at Bulltown Farmhouse?

Bulltown Farmhouse has 2 doubles, and one also has bunk beds in it to make it a family room. All rooms are ensuite, with baths and overhead showers. Tea/coffee facilities and other useful amenities are included, and there is a large lounge with TV and books.

What can guests enjoy when staying in the Ashford area?

Ashford is a developing town with an expanding Designer Outlet. There is beautiful countryside and villages close by, and Chapel Down vineyards, the Big Cat Experience and Port Lympne are all close by. Advice and help with planning is available, if required.

Where can guests enjoy food and drink?

Although breakfast is served and there is a garden to picnic in, there are also several award-winning pubs close by. Further afield, the cathedral city of Canterbury offers a host of eateries and many coastal towns have good fish restaurants.

Reviews

Hubby and I were visiting our son for a couple of days and needed somewhere to stay overnight. Bulltown Farmhouse was recommended and we would definitely recommend to others. The farmhouse is beautifully kept and set in wonderful Kent countryside - so peaceful. We were made very welcome by the owners. Our room was large with a lovely comfortable bed and spotless en suite. Our son joined us for breakfast and he too was made most welcome. Breakfast was just what you would want from a farmhouse B&B and set us all up for the day. We really hope we will be able to visit again for longer next time.
