Brookside Guest House prides itself on the facilities it offers guests in each of it's rooms. Each room has identical facilities with the exception of the size of the room and the bed. Each guest can expect to have in their room a comfortable bed with pocket sprung matresses, a sitting area, TV, silent running fridge, tea/coffee facilities with fresh milk, IPhone docking station, USB outlets, WiFI, robes & slippers, soft fluffy towels and a full range of toiletries. Brookside Guest House has 1 x single room with private bathroom, a double room en-suite, a Junior Suite with an en suite shower room situated on the ground floor and a Premier Suite with en suite shower room that has a king size bed overlooking the garden. The garden offers comfortable seating where guests can relax after a day of sightseeing in the local area possibly enjoying either the Hot Tub, the Sauna or both.

Guests can enjoy many local attractions whilst staying at Brookside Guest House in Brixham, Situated within Torbay which consists of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham you can experience vists to local National Trust Houses, Waterparks, the famous Paignton Zoo, Berry Head, Cockington Court, Dartmouth & Dartmoor to name by a few. Also there are many activities on the water where you can take the ferry from Brixham to Torquay and where you will find a whole host of other activities. Why not walk the Agatha Christie Mile or spend an evening at one of the three theatres located within Torbay. For those who enjoy shopping Brixham is just a short drive away from Exeter where you will find all the big shops however, staying local, Brixham itself has lots of little individual shops to whet your appetite. From Paignton you can take the steam train to Dartmouth or from outside Brookside Guesthouse, the number 12 hop on, hop off bus which gives you access to over 30 different attractions. Brixham offers some seasonal activities and is particularly famous for its' Pirate Festival taking place in May - this is a huge success every year.

In addition there are numerous good quality pubs & restaurants within the Torbay area
