Britannia House

Just two minutes' walk to the pretty harbour, Britannia House has been welcoming visitors to Lymington since 1865 when it was the Britannia Commercial Hotel. These days it runs as a B&B operation and has been transformed into a welcoming, homely place to stay. A cosy sitting room complete with period furniture, swagged curtains and a marble fireplace sets the tone and the 5 bedrooms are individually decorated to a very high standard. We can't think of a nicer way to be woken up than by the sound of the clinking yachts in the harbour. You're just a stone's throw from the bustling shops and cafes of the town and quay, and five minutes in the car from the beautiful New Forest. Parking, by the way, is unrestricted and unlimited. Various discounts apply throughout the year, i.e. mid week break, low season rates and long stays. Simply call Tobias, your host on 01590 672091
