Details on what activities are available at The Milky Way Adventure Park?
Opening in Spring 2019 is Ziggy's Blast Quest - help save planet Earth by piloting a Cyber Scooter and using your Blasteroid laser to destroy rogue asteroids and meteors before they destroy the planet. You'll also love Gravity Rider, a thrilling two-lane doughnut slide that's seriously good fun, the Time Warp massive indoor play centre, and Little Stars, with imaginative play, slides and soft play for 0-6s! Don't miss the live shows, including birds of prey and wacky solar system explanation. See the vast display of Sci-fi memorabilia ('From Darth Vader to Daleks'), Bouncing Balloon Room, and classic dodgems. There's lots of outdoor fun too, including bouncing pillows, two roller coasters, a mini train, a fun maze - and more.
Things to do in the local area?
Alongside The Milky Way, guests will find the North Devon Wakepark and inflatable Aquapark - home to a surprising number of water-based activities and things to do. It is a perfect activity centre for all ages - particularly hard-to-please teenagers and older children! Surrounded by stunning North Devon countryside the lake setting has a chilled out feel and the wooden clubhouse offers the ideal spot (with seating inside and out) for the less adventurous to watch the action.
Just one mile away is the picturesque and world famous village of Clovelly with cobbled streets and harbour.
The Milky Way really is one of the best things to do in Devon for families - awarded Devon's Large Attraction of the year 2016 as well as North Devon's Top Day Out in 2016 and 2017. It also won a prestigious and rare TripAdvisor Travelers Choice Award in 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019. It also offers excellent special events at Halloween Half Term (fun not scary!), Xmas and Easter, all included in the main fee - see The Milky Way website for details.
