Located in the heart of Swinley Forest, close to Bracknell and Reading, you can find the location in 2,600 acres of Crown Estate. The Berkshire adventure is just off the B340 AKA Nine Mile Ride. It hosts five action-packed adventures. Explore the forest on two wheels with the all-terrain Segways. Alternatively, test your nerve amongst the trees on one of three high ropes courses. Go Ape Bracknell also boasts Axe Throwing - a gripping new experience. From 4 to 104, the adventure is covered. Go Ape Bracknell is a great day out if you're looking for unique things to do in the royal county.

Know before you go

  • Wear sensible clothes for adventure.
  • Footwear must be sturdy and suitable for the outdoors. No sandals, slip-off shoes, open toes or heels.
  • Gloves are a good idea. Either bring a pair or you can buy them at the cabin on the day.

  • Check out the Swinley Forest bike trails. Bring or rent bikes.
  • Dogs are welcome if you want to bring your four-legged friend.
  • Grab a bite to eat or a drink at the Coffee Shop.
  • Enjoy a spot of retail therapy at the newly built Lexicon Bracknell - also home to a 12-screen cinema.
  • Explore the Look Out Discovery centre, or Coral Reef Waterworld is just over the road.

By car: 

From the North, come off the M4 at junction 10 and continue on the bit of motorway on the A329. Take the A322 through Bracknell, Easthampstead. Follow the brown tourist attraction signs for The Look Out Discovery Centre. The location is opposite Coral Reef.

From the South, come off the M3 at junction 3, take the A322 in the direction of Bracknell. Follow the brown tourist attraction signs for The Look Out Discovery Centre. The location is opposite Coral Reef.

Just make sure you head to The Look Out and you'll find Go Ape!

Parking at Swinley Forest

Parking costs £3.40 for up to 4 hours or £6.80 for the whole day. The car park can be very busy, so please leave some extra time to park. 

Please Note: Tickets purchased in the Go Ape car park are not valid for other car park sections. If you wish to move your vehicle you will need to buy an additional ticket in that section.

 By train:

There is a direct service from London Waterloo to Bracknell, operated by Southwest Trains. 

 By bus:

 Bracknell bus station is located opposite the train station.

Please mention your intended destination to the bus driver and you will be dropped off near a sign-posted walkway to the Centre. It is around a 15-minute walk from the bus stop to The Look Out.
