The Country House, a former farmhouse and converted farm byres set around a courtyard, have been extended to offer 17 bedrooms, stylishly decorated and offering Egyptian cotton bedding, towels and robes. The bedrooms & junior suite overlook the surrounding countryside with views of Snowdon in one direction and Anglesey in the other. Chef/Proprietor Stephen oversees a skilfull brigade of chefs serving quality cuisine in the elegant dining room with white linen and welsh slate. | Local directions: | From the North - Exit A55 at junction 11 (BANGOR) turn left for 50 yards to a mini roundabout and take a right turn past the Texaco garage onto the road for Llanberis the A4244. Follow the A4244 for 4 miles to roundabout. Go straight accross turning to the right of the Ty Mawr Tea Rooms and after 1/2 miles. Turn right to Seion. Ty'n Rhos is on the Left. From the South - From Caernarfon take the B4366 (signposted 'Bethel') - pass through Bethel then straight on at the roundabout and after passing the Gors Bach Inn take first left signposted 'Seion'. Tyn Rhos is on the left. |
