Elms Farm Cottages, are located on a family farm in the Lincolnshire countryside. These eight Holiday Cottages were winners of the Lincolnshire and East Midlands Self-Catering Holiday of the Year. The 4 & 5 Star Gold Award Holiday Cottages are fully equipped and furnished to a high standard with modern kitchens, wooden floors, leather sofas and flat screen wall mounted TV & DVD. Real wood burners in Oak Elm and Yew Cottages give a cosy feel and make these cottages an ideal location for a romantic break for two or a get-toghether with family and friends. Elms Farm Holiday Cottages can sleep up to 34 people (17 bedrooms) Elm Farm Cottages have level access and four cottages have wet room showers suitable for the elderly or wheelchair users. Also available is 'The Granary' a large listed barn for Conferences - Weddings - Special occasions. Fishing on site free to guests.
