chillihols at Chillington is set in the grounds of a former Georgian farmhouse. The two luxury, ETB five star-rated cottages form a small and exclusive setting for a holiday suited to those who appreciate the finer things in life. We pride ourselves as an excellent tourist base for the the South Hams, including to Dartmouth, Torcross (including Slapton Ley), Salcombe, Kingsbridge and East Portlemouth. Each cottage has its own style, however both have been prepared with the same level of attention to detail to make your stay a happy and relaxing experience. Well Cottage, a cosy and traditional two-bedroom cottage suitable for 1-4 persons, has its own peaceful and private garden terrace, and also a woodburning stove. Formed from a dedicated part of the farmhouse, its characterful ceilings are partly beamed and with some height restriction in the bedrooms. The Pound House is a magnificent barn conversion - it was previously where the apples from the orchard were processed. This four bedroom cottage provides very generous accommodation for up to seven persons, and has a more contemporary feel to it. Both cottages benefit from excellent off-street parking for 2/3 vehicles each, and/or a small boat. Frogmore slipway is one mile away. Dartmouth Golf and Country Club is only about six miles away. The village is very well provided-for, with a village store, traditional butchers, health centre and a pub. The owners live in the farmhouse, with a friendly approach to customer service. A very warm welcome awaits you.
