2 The Dunes is a stylish seafront house, offering wonderful views and a location just a few strides away from sandy beaches. The accommodation has four bedrooms and is ideal for family holidays, with pursuits for all ages to enjoy and entertainments that include Sky plus, an enclosed garden area, a hot tub and a pool table. Parking for three cars is available, with a decking area, a balcony and a games room, as well as being set up for summer barbecues. Together with the sea views and sandy beach, visitors have a number of coastal towns to visit, with Devon being one of the UK's most interesting counties for holiday and leisure pursuits. The Instow boathouse restaurant is a local and there are many more traditional places to eat.

Local directions:	From the M5 take the Tiverton/Barnstaple exit then follow the A361 all the way to barnstaple then the A39 towards Bideford. As you are approaching Bideford you will need to take the turning right signposted to Instow on the B3233, turn right at the roundabout after about 2 Miles you will be entering Instow. Turn left onto the seafront and continue until you see the sand dunes on your left take the next right hand turning and the Dunes are on the next left, No 2 is in the back left hand corner.
