Tides Restaurant boasts a stunning waterside location set on the Camel Estuary in Rock, Cornwall, with breathtaking coastal views. Head Chef, Tom Scade, brings his experience at the Ritz Hotel in London to Cornwall, using local seasonal produce such as Porthilly Farm Oysters from the Camel Estuary to create classic and modern European dishes. Tides’ coastal location means the menu is dominated by fantastic fresh fish, although there is also a good selection of meat and vegetarian dishes. The Spring feast menu includes Locally Shot Rabbit and Leek Terrine with a Tarragon Mayonnaise followed by Roasted Ling – part of the cod family – served with Parsley Pain Perdu , Cauliflower with Toasted Almonds and Cornish Blue Cheese, Caramalised Red Onion Chutney and Homemade Oat Cakes as dessert.
