The Wellington is a charming country pub and restaurant in the village of Wellington, just 5 miles north of Hereford. This traditional Victorian red brick pub is warm and inviting with fresh flowers, a roaring fire and intimate candle lit tables.The restaurant is located in the former stables and a conservatory leads onto an attractive garden. The Wellington its renowned for its Sunday roast dinners with are said to be ‘to die for’ and make great use of local ingredients. The roast pedigree Hereford beef is traced back to Mr Thomas Jones of Broadfield Farm while the roast leg of free range Middlewhite pork is supplied by Mr Christian Williams of Rose Villa Farm. The Wellington has restaurant and separate bar menu serving lighter meals and pub classics.
