Located in the award winning Devonshire Arms Hotel on the Bolton Abbey Estate, this brasserie comprises a bright and airy restaurant and bar. White Lloyd Loom chairs, vibrant coloured cushions, polished floor boards and examples of contemporary art on the walls create a buzzy atmosphere in which to eat and drink. The kitchen produces a mixture of brasserie classics mixed with contemporary modern British cuisine. Many of the dishes are available in starter or main course portions. British brasserie classics include Lishman’s pork sausages, mashed potatoes, caramelised onions and jus whilst seared sea bass fillet, crab, pea and mint risotto with red pepper coulis shows contemporary flair. The Brasserie draws on the vast wine cellars of the Devonshire Arms and offers an extensive selection of fine wines.
