A well-loved local haunt popular with regular visitors St Andrews Street Bistro is prized for its buzzing atmosphere, and bohemian decor. Set back from the main drag in St Ives, in what used to be a pilchard works, St Andrews Street Bistro displays stylish, edgy urban artwork on the double height, tall walls. The head chef has constructed an eclectic, imaginative menu best described as ‘contemporary bistro’ with an Italian slant. We bake our own bread, biscuits, cakes and ice cream, and make all stocks from scratch on the premises. Fresh ingredients are expertly cooked and presented, the menu is constructed around fresh fish and meat dishes, specialities, soups, risottos and salads.
