Owners Paul and Helen have impressive culinary careers and have worked with several renowned chefs such as Peter Gorton (of Horn of Plenty in Devon fame) before opening their own place. They are also passionate about using local, Welsh produce on their menu and even grown their own herbs. The restaurant itself offers a serene environment of white walls and stripped wooden floors and tables in which to enjoy a meal. The sublime food could include their own finely sliced smoked organic salmon with watercress and yoghurt dressing. Your main course could be an exquisitely presented roast marinated duck breast with fondant potato and port sauce. An iced nougat glace with vanilla poached pear could bring your meal to a close leaving just enough room for coffee and petit fours.
