This restaurant offers gourmet Italian food using local ingredients with cool white granite tables and leather chairs adding an air of sophistication. The fine dining menu could begin with an appetiser of grilled calf’s liver with radicchio and Madeira sauce before moving on to a squid risotto with tomato sauce and ramsons oil. A salad or vegetable dish will follow before a main of partridge breast with potato dauphinoise, grilled black pudding and orange sauce is served.
