Neutral colours and polished floors create an airy atmosphere for this buzzy venue. The kitchen combines the best available local seasonal ingredients with the fine Italian food and wine sold in the shop to create a daily changing menu. Starters may include buffalo mozzarella, rocket and a balsamic reduction or sun dried tomatoes, olives, artichokes and caper berries as well as artisan salumi. Home made pastas may be sauced with game ragu, peas and burrata to be followed by a lemon sole or calf’s liver. There is a good selection of Italian wines.
