Situated on the south coast of Jersey Green Island is the most southerly restaurant in the British Isles, specialising in local seafood and other fine ingredients with a decidedly relaxed vibe. The informal dining room leads out to a stunning terrace, which is literally steps away from the beach, and has fantastic ocean views. From here, you can listen to the sound of waves breaking on the shore and choose from a sophisticated menu inspired by the island’s rich stocks of seafood. The Mediterranean and seafood influence is evident in carefully prepared, exquisitely presented dishes such as roasted monkfish tail with sun-blushed tomato tapenade on an olive and feta mash or grilled fillet of local brill with sautéed sorrel and spinach and a crab bisque.
