Age & Sons is a family run restaurant, cafe and bar in Ramsgate with rising young chef, Toby Leigh at the helm serving seasonal, locally sourced even foraged produce. It is set over two floors of a spectacular Victorian warehouse, just a minute from the sea and enjoys a beautiful private terrace for al fresco dining. The ground floor cafe is light and airy with pine furnishings and serves an all-day menu. The first floor dining room is smart and elegant with whitewashed walls, exposed beams, crisp linen table cloths and mismatched vintage china, sparkling glassware and vases of chic white roses. There is a good value set menu which could include celeriac Soup, pork belly with salsify, mustard leaf and apple and marmalade bakewell tart with crème fraiche.
