The Cameron Grill

It doesn't get much more Scottish than an eighteenth century Baronial Mansion on the shores of the Loch Lomond, surrounded by one hundred acres of wooded parkland. The hotel has recently undergone £60 million refurbishment that included the transformation of The Cameron Grill. The restaurant now boasts an ecologically friendly open kitchen and glass fronted butchery room so you can see exactly where your 28 day dry aged Buccleuch grass-fed sirloin steak has come. They use a specially imported charcoal-fired Josper grill from Spain for that all important smoky, barbecued finish. But its not just about the steaks; start your meal with Isle of Skye scallops,crispy bacon and cauliflower puree and finish with Drambuie parfait, Perthshire raspberries and mango crisp.
