Gordon Ramsay’s eponymous restaurant combines contemporary elegance, an intimate ambience and unparalleled service, and has all the hallmarks of true excellence. Beautifully presented, each dish not only uses the best ingredients and sublime flavour combinations, but demonstrates the outstanding technical skill of Head Chef Clare Smyth and her team. The restaurant boasts ten years of holding three Michelin stars and is now London’s longest running restaurant to hold this accolade. The interior, designed by David Collins Studio, is the perfect backdrop for the superb food. The warm whites, chandeliers, cut mirror and cast gold all contribute to the sense of simple elegance. Contrasting textures are also provided with rich, silk velvet and a bold geometrical woven carpet on which the restaurant’s oak and hide dining chairs stand.
