Number One lives up to its name by being top of the list for sheer luxury and sophistication. Polished wood panelling, beige velvet banquettes and well spaced linen covered tables are the setting for acclaimed chef Jeff Bland’s celebration of fine Scottish produce. Follow signs for the West End junction of Princes Street where you will then reach a one-way system that takes you through Charlotte Square and onto Queen Street, follow Queen Street to its full length. This will lead you to York Place and eventually a roundabout where you take the second exit,keep in the right hand lane. This is Leith Street.
