Cirencester was Roman Britain second largest city and at Corinium Museum you can experience life as a Roman; marvel at the stunning mosaics, enjoy the sights and smells of a Roman garden, dress as a Roman soldier and explore their engineering and artistry.
Also trace a path from Iron Age to the English Civil War. A story of war, of wool, of royalty; of dissolved monasteries and a local worthy's rise from rags to riches.

Corinium Museum is also home to Cirencester Visitor Information Centre and gift shop and has an adjourning Café.

Opening Times: Apr to Oct, Mon to Sat 10:00-17:00, Sun 14:00-17:00. Nov to Mar, Mon to Sat, 10:00-16:00, Sun 14:00-16:00. Closed 23-26 Dec & 1 Jan.
Admission: Adult £4.95, Child (5-16) £2.45, Senior Citizen (60+) £4.10, Student £3.30, Family (up to 2A +5C) 10% discount off adult/child charge. Annual Season Ticket: Entitles holder to free entry to the museum and temporary exhibitions. Plus it also gives you great discounts on lectures and workshops.
