Kirkcaldy Museum & Art Gallery
Kirkcaldy Museum & Art Gallery features a superb collection of 19th and 20th century Scottish paintings including one of the largest collection of works by William Taggart, S J Peploe and the Glasgow Boys. There is also an award-winning permanent local history gallery that tells the story of the social, industrial and natural heritage of the district. A lively changing exhibition programme of art, craft, history and photography runs throughout the year. In the Museum cafÄ is a fine display of Wemyss Ware Pottery, which was produced in the town.
