Culdearn House is a lovely Victorian villa built in 1860, privately owned and is situated in the heart of Speyside. It has retained many original features including marble fireplaces, cornice ceilings and barley twist panelling and has six luxury bedrooms, each individually and elegantly designed. Very much home from home. Dining at Culdearn is an experience with locally sourced fare including excellent Scottish game and seafood. Salmon is smoked in the local smokehouse and our beef is reared from a nearby award winning butcher so traceability from farm to plate is known and with fresh fish from the Moray coast. Culdearn is ideally based for fishing on the nearby River Spey, golf, clay shooting, bird watching, walking, hill and mountain climbing, skiing, castle, steam train and of course whisky, all of which are on our door step. Whisky tours can be arranged at one of the many distilleries in the area all offering a taste for the connoisseur and newcomer alike.
