Standen
Standen is a family house built in the 1890s, a showpiece of the Arts & Crafts Movement designed by Philip Webb and decorated throughout with original William Morris carpets, fabrics and wallpapers. On display are contemporary paintings, tapestries, furniture and many of the original light fittings. The terraced garden has fine views over the Sussex countryside.
