Tenby Golf Club

Originally nine holes in 1888, extended to 18 in 1907,Tenby is classic, rugged links on the Pembrokeshire coast with superb views over the Irish Sea to Caldey Island. There are few more natural course than Tenby that runs out and back. Tenby Golf Club regularly hosts Championship events including the 2006 Welsh P.G.A., the 2008 Seniors Home internationals and the 2010 Welsh Amateur Championship. The greens are fast and true, the mounded fairways, deep pot bunkers, gorse bushes and sand dunes demand every shot in the book and a high-quality short game. A sense of tradition prevails over the 6,300 yards, even in the roughest of weather.
