Beningbrough Hall & Gardens
Beningbrough Hall´s formal garden, originally laid out in 1716 was replaced in the late 18th century with sweeping lawns and specimen trees. Major re-planting has recently been undertaken along with the restoration of the wilderness and two privy gardens. The walled garden and main border now contain more than 5000 lavender plants, flowers, fruit and vegetables.
