Tintinhull Garden

Tintinhull Garden is a classic 20th century English garden surrounding a 17th century manor house, of high formality overlaid with an opulent yet carefully contrived planting. With varied borders, attractive kitchen garden and secluded lawns all neatly enclosed within walls and clipped hedges. The long vista down from the house is famous, as is the pool and cedar court with its ancient Yew tree. There is a white garden, and a fine pair of opposing borders, one planted in bright bold colours and the other in pale pastels. More recently, clearing, cutting back and replanting has taken place.
