Trevarno Gardens & National Museum of Gardening
Trevarno Gardens & National Museum of Gardening, dates back to 1246 and has only been open to the public on a daily basis since 1998. A beautiful Victorian garden which is a plantsmans paradise and has many notable features including a Cascade, Yew Tunnel and Lake with Boathouse. To add to visitors enjoyment there´s also the National Museum of Gardening, a Soap and Toy Museum (small extra charge), Organic Soap and Herbal Workshops and an Adventure Play Area. Restoration projects continue in the Walled Garden. A larger Estate Walk, extended access for all, pathway around garden and Peacock Trails provide additional interest for all ages.
