Awarded 4* Gold, Breakfast Award and Walkers Certificate Old Shanklin Guest House offers comfort, luxury and relaxation. Shanklin itself has a beautiful sandy beach, lovely restaurants and pubs for all tastes. There is much to see around the Island with Osborne House & Carisbrooke Castle, 514 miles of walking trails, fishing, boat charters, golf and fabulous produce. Our food is sourced on the Island as much as possible and where that is not possible we buy the best quality as close as we can. Garlic, beef, lamb, pork, fish, shellfish veggies and ale are just a few of the delicious things found here. Every afternoon there is a naughty bake to tide our guests over until dinner! We have a guest lounge and garden to relax, free WiFi for those who can't completely get away, local art to appreciate and buy if you like it enough. Gareth and Sarah are always on hand for advice on things to do and there are walking books available. Small private group bookings for 6 - 8 people are also available with dinner or a BBQ (menus on request).
