Dale Farm House B&B - a warm welcome awaits at this 18th century farmhouse surrounded by gardens and woodland. Cosy country style bedrooms (one a 2 room suite) with en-suite or private bathroom, offering the perfect place to unwind and relax. Wholesome breakfasts created from locally produced food are served in the traditional farmhouse dining room. Outside woodland lounge with BBQ area & patio heaters available. Families are especially welcome at Dale Farm House and are made to feel at home. Ideally located on the edge of the New Forest with lots of attractions nearby. Within easy reach of Hythe - a frequent ferry service runs to Southampton City Centre with its extensive shopping centre, International Boat Show and other attractions.

Local directions:	From M3 join M27 west - leave M27 junction 2 and follow A326 for approx 7 miles across 5 roundabouts - at the fifth roundabout marked Dibden Roundabout proceed straight across (not to Dibden) and take the first turning right just past the roundabout into Manor Road, follow this lane (5 mph recommended) for approx 250m past the fields and turn right into a long tarmac drive (5 mph recommended). At the end of the drive in front of our neighbour´s stables please turn left and sharp right at the hay barn, and follow the road down to our car park and entrance.
