Lower Chapters is a perfect oasis away from the bustle of city life. The property is an enlarged and converted 18th century farm cottage set in beautiful and peaceful rural East Hampshire. Lower Chapters has a mature garden of 2 acres, set to lawns and herbaceous borders with an all weather tennis court and solar heated swimming pool for use in summer. The property is ideally located between Chichester and Winchester and has easy access to Portsmouth for ferries and the historical naval shipyard. Goodwood is within a half hour drive. Minimum 2 nights weekends peak period and Goodwood events. Payment by cheque or cash please.
