For over 20 years, Martin and Su have enjoyed living in this peaceful avenue with its street lined plane trees. The houses in Melrose Gardens were built in the 1880's in Victorian style, now a conservation area. Our family home is within short walking distance of 5 main tube lines and 4 bus routes at the end of the road, allowing excellent communication to Central London, Notting Hill Gate, Knightsbridge and westwards to Kew Gardens. Within walking distance are restaurants, tennis courts, Westfield Shopping Centre and the Thames with its numerous riverside pubs.
