Have a game of virtual volleyball, cover yourself in your own giant bubble and be blown away by our walk-in tornado. The futuristic sphere in Millennium Square is the Planetarium, where you can sit back and take a trip to the stars beneath an immersive domed screen in our seasonal presenter-led star shows discovering constellations and nebula along the way. And with our new Little Stars Planetarium show especially for under 5's everyone can enjoy looking at the stars whatever the weather! And that’s not forgetting the ‘meet the expert’ events, special toddler sessions, under 8’s areas and a changing programme of exhibitions as well as presenter-led live science shows.
