Places to visit in or near Tighnabruaich

The Scottish village of Tighnabruaich is on the Cowal peninsula in Argyll and has lovely views of Arran, Bute and the Ayshire Coast. It is a popular area for many water sports, including sailing,canoeing and kayaking. It is a good area for walking and climbing the hills. The Waverly Paddle steamer which provides trips around the coast stops here twice a week.
