New Hall Hotel Spa

I'm not normally one for writing reviews but the service we received from New Hall needs sharing. We initially fell in love with the architecture of the hall, then the grounds and then the facilities. I cannot gush enough about the food - we were both overwelmed and that's difficult (I'm a foodie, H is very fussy!). The service though beats them all. Our co-ordinator was organisation personified and the duty-manager on the day was incredible - not only was he there whenever we needed him, his experience really shone through and he was happy to be hands on (would many people wipe a 2 year old's nose for you?). John and I celebrated our Wedding on 26-11-16. I have to say it was 'The most amazing day ever'. The historical architecture and ambience created the most romantic of settings. The whole experience was out of this world. The staff need to be applauded as they are so professional and they all go out of their way to produce an exceptional fairytale day. All of my family and friends were blown away with the venue and your kindness. We would like to thank Tasmin ,Tomas and all of the staff including Claire for the fabulous flowers. So Friday 18th was my wedding ?the best day of my life and everyone at new hall were amazing , I have to thank Tomas the most he was more than I ever expected he's was incredible, he worked his booty off the whole day! Everyone one has been saying how amazing he was and I can't stop saying what an exceptional job he did, so Tomas from the bottom of my heart thank you ? New Hall is the dream venue! Thankfully I had amazing weather and can't wait to share the pictures with you xxxx

Cannot fault new hall, I had my wedding here in June 2011, the place was stunning it gave me what I wanted, for old house look at front and castle look at back, the grounds are stunning, they couldn't have done more for me, they sent a member of staff out to the shops to get my dad some fags, The day was even more special for my guests that love TAKE THAT as they were staying there, would highly recommend new hall hotel & spa

New Hall was recommended to us by several people for our wedding venue; and was without doubt the best choice we made!! it was absolutely delightful..the day ran so smoothly and we were treated like royalty! everything had the WOW factor!! if you're getting married I cant think of a better place than New Hall-we will cherish our memories there forever!

We have just had our wedding here. One word 'perfect' in every single way. Would like to say thank you to tasmin for her help and guidance, to Tomas for all he did to make our day special. And a thanks to one of the workers called des, he was absolutely fantastic in all that he did to help me and a thank you to every one else that works there to.

I had my wedding reception at New Hall on Saturday 15th August 2015 and it was perfect. The team including Tasmin in the wedding team, Mel, Stuart and the waiting staff both at our wedding breakfast and our morning after breakfast were brilliant, so polite and so professional. Thank you all so much for all your help to make our day so special.
