As you approach the medieval castle via the stone North Gate and arrive in the charming courtyard, you are sure to be impressed by the stunning venue. The historic building is truly enchanting, and the original architecture creates a fairy-tale atmosphere for your wedding. Your wedding service can take place in the West Drawing Room, complete with inviting oak panelling and an open fire. At Lympne Castle, we pride ourselves on our excellent personal service and attention to detail which has gained us a great reputation for our care and events.

We are very fortunate to live near Lympne Castle it truly is a magnificent setting for a wedding. We were so lucky to be able to have our day here on Thursday with the sun shining and everything looking beautiful inside & out. The meetings with Sue at the very beginning just 3 weeks ago from organising food ( amazing canapés ) drinks,music and help planning the service was so professional and very caring and made everything so relaxed. Sue, Aimee and all involved behind the scenes we cannot thank you enough you went above and beyond to create a stunning day for us. We will treasure this day with all our family and friends and of course not forgetting the star of the show Marley. Huge thanks you

Arrival information & directions

Address: The Street, Lympne, Kent, LympneCT21 4LQ, United Kingdom

Lympne Castle is only a few miles from junction 11 of the M20 and is easily reached by car. The journey time from central London is approximately an hour and a half. The Castle can also be reached from London by train - services depart from Charing Cross and Waterloo East to Ashford International. The nearest local station is two miles away at Sandling which is 10 minutes from Ashford International. For international connections Gatwick airport is just over an hour's drive and Ashford International Station is less than half an hour away (M20, junction 10). Directions: Exit the M20 at junction 11 and take the A20 to Hythe and Ashford. Take the road signposted Lympne (just past the A261 for Hythe) after 1/2 a mile the T junction turn left, then next right, signpost to Lympne Castle, follow lane and park in car parking area adjacent to church.
