What are the rooms and facilities on offer at The Elm Tree?
All four of the luxurious 5 star bedrooms at The Elm Tree are fitted out with large comfortable beds, three king rooms and one double. Boasting 400 thread count white cotton sheets, luxurious cotton robes and Neal’s Yard Remedy complimentary toiletries. Each of the bedrooms has Freeview TV with built-in DVD players and WiFi throughout. Guests have the use of a Tassimo coffee system and homemade Elm Tree cookies for treats in the rooms.
Where can guests enjoy food and drink?
Breakfast is served until 9.30 am in the Breakfast room. Guests will be provided with a menu of the day. For when you wish to dine out, Jonathan and Chris have a number of local restaurants and pubs that they will be happy to recommend and assist with making reservations based on your culinary preferences.

Access to the Bed & Breakfast is just off the main road in Hundleby, next to the farm and opposite the Lawn tennis Club. Signs for The Elm Tree will be found on both sides of the walled driveway and also a hanging sign in front of the house. The car park is lit up and the gates will be closed at night but not locked.
