Definitely The Best Bed & Breakfast In The World I cannot think that even the most demanding of clients could find fault here. Every need and then some is catered for in the luxurious suites - we had the Watcombe - good sized bedroom with super king size bed, luggage rack, ironing board and iron, comfy bathrobes and slippers, Elemis products including pillow spray and lip balm, Echo Alexa voice controls. Large bathroom with walk in shower and tv. Beautiful soft and fluffy towels that dry you quickly, assortment of extras. The lounge was a separate room, which we weren't expecting, with sofa, table and chairs, Nespresso machine, iPad and Echo Alexa, fridge that was restocked daily with fresh milk and bottled still and sparkling water, daily baked treats from Andy, who would be a dead cert as GBBO winner, dressing table with hairdryer and straighteners and a box of items in case you'd forgotten, such as shaving and dental supplies. The breakfast - no wonder this has won awards year after year. Beautifully set out sideboard with cereals, gorgeous fresh fruit, juices, Andy's homemade granola and an assortment of toppings such as my favourite- a mix of coconut flakes, sultanas and nuts. There is a wide choice of hot breakfasts and vegetarians and vegans are easily catered for. This is the first time I've had perfectly cooked baked tomatoes. Andy and Julian are delightful and nothing was too much trouble - the welcome drinks with technically perfect brownie and the little bag for the journey home with a bottle of water, packet of baked crisps and fresh baked biscuits were lovely touches. Would stay here every weekend if it wasn't for the long journey! Cannot recommend high enough. Truly exceptional. Very many thanks to Andy and Julian (and Patsy the dog!).

great b&b we stayed in the elberry room, the bedroom was clean and the decor was stylish, everything you would need in a room, with on suite which was also very clean, you couldnt fault it, into anuther room off the bedroom was a spacious room with a settee and a table, dresssing table again spotless wiv a fridge that had water and a little bottle of milk, added touches were flowers on the table, cookies and cakes, esp the banana cake were to die for that were provided everyday, the lighting was so stylish with 2 stylish lamps, and a light that lit up behind the television, the whole of the b&b was stylish and clean and smelt fresh, the breakfast was delightful with everythink you want, i loved the homemade yogurts and smoothies, fresh fruit every day, there was nothink you could fault, we were to stay 3 days and asked if anuther 2 was possible and it wasnt a problem, andy was a good host and couldnt do enough for you, i,e, places to go , bus routes etc, the little touches make a world of differance, andy and julian do a great job, and i cant wait to stay here again

Superb attention to detail We started off a little bit sceptical- how can somewhere in Southern England be the best into the world? Well. We have spent the summer travelling around England and we have not found anywhere to equal The 25. The secret of their success is the astonishing attention to detail and sophisticated use of technology to a) put across their message /offer and b) make your stay excellent- for example, we were delighted by the iPad in the room with a pre loaded video showing how to work the coffee maker! The place exudes style and good taste with bold use of colour in the decor, underpinned by comfort and convenience. The in room snacks are homemade, of course, and breakfast is exquisite. Good bread and excellent coffee. Advice on local restaurants and activities is freely available - what more can you ask? We will invent reasons to visit Devon in the future just to be able to go back

One of the best UK places we have stayed at! Andy and Julian have to be exceptionally proud of themselves and what they have achieved! What a lovely place in an amazing location. The service is beyond what you would expect anywhere. My wife and I were greated and taken to our room, which was made to make anyone feel comfortable alongside its luxurious extras, not to mention very clean! Excellent accommodation This is so much more than a B & B. The attention to detail and emphasis on quality in every aspect means The 25 has all the qualities of a top class boutique hotel. At the same time the sincerely friendly interactions with the hosts offer the personal touch associated with B & Bs. Great location within walking distance of train station, seafront, and town centre.

Thank you to Andy and Julian for a warm welcome and a wonderful week. Your carefully thought out Covid 19 precautions made us feel safe and secure at a worrying time. The room was amazing, the bed superbly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious as were the daily homemade treats . Definitely a week we will remember. We are already looking forward to a return visit.

This was our second visit to 25, we last visited in August 2016, and although the weather wasn't as warm as last time, the welcome and experience at 25 was of the same high standard as before. There is nothing to fault here, it was fab, already checking availability for 2020. Anyone looking for a B & B book here or be square.
