Fantastic Stay We visited in December 2018 and surprised my dad for his 70th Birthday and we had a lovely time. The reception staff were incredibly helpful prior to our arrival and took into consideration that I was recovering from an operation and allocated a lodge suitable to my requirements. They were also happy to ask house keeping to place some balloons and banners in our lodge that I dropped off prior to checking in. They took my mobile number and sent me a txt to tell me when our lodge was ready as we were trying to keep the trip as a surprise for my parents. The additional help with these aspects were all very much appreciated! We stayed in a 3 bedroom lodge which was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night break. We all thought the facilities and the grounds were lovely. We ate in the restaurant on both nights and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. I really appreciated the additional help from two of the restaurant staff, both of whom provided excellent customer service in assisting my mum who is dairy free choose dishes to suit her taste and requirements. All in we had an excellent time and my parents decided to stay on for an extra couple of days and have continued to talk about how much they enjoyed themselves and my mum has said she would love to return for her 70th Birthday this year.

Happy Hogmanay Holiday Visited Duchally for a mini break over New Year and rented a two bedroom lodge for 4 adults and a wee person. First comment was the staff - so professional, accommodating and friendly in every department. They are a credit and a great advertisement for the establishment. Afternoon tea on day one was very good value for money and most enjoyable. Lodge was very well equipped ( as most reviews confirm). Clean, spacious, plenty towels and bed linen, blankets. A travel cot was requested for the wee one. Used the leisure center for swimming and again a high standard of care and attention . We could not get bookings for the Hogmanay meal so went to the bar for drinks and celebrations instead and had a great time. We had a buggy with us and found a spot as out the way as possible but bar staff were amazing. No fluster, no stress ( and they were busy with bar and restaurant). We had a really good evening and much of that was due to the attitude of the staff on the evening. I recommend Duchally to anyone looking for a relaxing mini break in pleasant surroundings in a high quality establishment with great service and staff. Happy New Year to all at Duchally and keep up the good work. It does make a difference.

Seems to get better each time I've been coming to Duchally for years and although it's always been good, I really think it is getting better. This year my wife accompanied me for the second time, but in the past it has been mainly a golfing friend. The lodge was the usual high standard -clean, well appointed, spacious and as someone who very frequently stays at hotels worldwide in my professional life, I can assure you it is at least 4-star. We've been visited in the mornings by a variety of wonderful wildlife - with just a little coaxing through feeding on our patio - we've had a great variety of birds, ducks and on several occasions a couple of red squirrels - how special is that Staff are always great, but again this year seem even friendlier. The Argentinian guy in the whisky bar and the young lady from Moldova have been exceptional - really sorry I didn't get their names. We only dined here once this week and it was so good, we were sorry we hadn't done so more often. Top class - thanks to all. I am already planning my next trip back and will be booking almost as soon as I finish this review.

Love this place This was my 3rd visit to a 3 bedroom lodge with a group of 6, and have stayed on 2 other occasions in the hotel with my husband. I just love this place, it's so peaceful, relaxing and a great location for a group of friends to have a wee break together. The lodges are clean, tidy and have all the facilities you would ever need. we visited the leisure centre on the Saturday which was lovely, and Brenda came to our lodge on the Frid night for facials, while the rest of us had drinks. :-) on Saturday night we booked in for dinner at Monteiths. It was amazing, food was top quality and everyone was raving about the sticky toffee pudding and the crumble! special mention to Danny our waiter, he was very friendly and made sure we had everything we wanted. (he was there last year too and still as enthusiastic) we had drinks in the bar on the Sat afternoon after our swim and then after dinner, all staff are as nice as each other. I will hopefully be back for our Xmas night out next year, or even sooner if I can help it

Wonderful setting We stayed one night while travelling around, stayed in one of the 2 bedroom lodges. Very well equipped, well presented and of a high standard. The grounds are very nice to wander around, our lodge was looking out onto the lawn in front of the main house . The leisure facilities were very good, steam room, sauna, swimming pool and gym. Again well presented and clean & tidy. We decided just to make dinner rather than go to the restaurant, but the menu looked very interesting and lots of choice. All in all we really enjoyed our stay just across the fields from Gleneagles.

We went with friends and their daughter to celebrate a 50th. We were all really impressed with the standard of the lodge, really high quality and comfortable. Our meal that evening was in the hotel restaurant and this was a great meal and good atmosphere. The day after we had a spa treatment and swim. Small pool but clean and warm. Lots of walks locally and Auchterarder has a well stocked Co op if you would rather stay in We had some cocktails in the whiskey bar and all in all a great weekend was held by all
