Dove House and Swallows were completed in 2000 and have been almost fully occupied every year since. The fabulous location on a working family farm in this beautiful county mean guests can just relax on site or enjoy all there is on offer locally. It is perfect of large groups of family or friends to enjoy celebrations and get togethers. Secure gardens, access to hard tennis court and childrens outdoor play area. Swallows is very close but totally private from Dove House. NB Swallows does not have access to the indoor pool/games room.if booked separately.

Dove House sleeps 13 in 7 en-suite bedrooms with capacity for 2 travel cots. One bedroom is on the ground floor.
Swallows sleeps 4 in 2 en-suite bedrooms with capacity for one travel cot and well behaved dog is welcome for a small extra charge. All on a level ground floor so very good for anyone with limited mobility.
What can guests enjoy when staying in the Dorchester area?
The stunning Jurassic Coast with its fossils, walks and varied beaches is within very easy reach. There are several old market towns, Sherborne with its ancient abbey, Beaminster and the old Roman town of Dorchester. Wonderful gardens and historic houses to visit locally along with an amazing selection of places to eat. Numerous family and children's activities and attractions. Where can guests enjoy food and drink?
Guests can pre order from several local supermarkets to stock the houses for their stay. There are many great restaurants within a maximum of 20/ 30 minutes of the houses, particularly for sea food. There are also options on the website of 3 caterers who will come to the houses and cook for larger groups for special meals, or drop off prepared meals so you can enjoy 'being on holiday'. There is a good local pub 5 minutes away. Dorset is very well known for having great local produce so guests can enjoy farmers markets/local butchers/fresh fish and many other interesting products made in the area.
