After dinner head to ‘The Safe', originally built as the muniment room where the deeds for the estate were once kept, this Chubb safe has been lovingly transformed into a magnificent liquor room. For a unique and luxurious drinks experience, you can choose from a selection of fine and unusual whisky's, after dinner brandies and wines, or a selection of craft gins. The hardest part of your evening will be deciding which drinks to enjoy. If you fancy something a little lighter the smaller dishes may be for you. Choose a few smaller dishes and ‘a bit on the side' for a meal full of different flavours – think salt baked beetroot, pickled watermelon and samphire, salt and pepper squid or the power salad; packed with super foods.
