In a private part of the house, your bedroom, bathroom and lounge offer total privacy. The largest of the bedrooms has a super king-sized bed or can be turned into a Twin room depending on preference. It has views over the garden at the front of the house. The second bedroom is a generous double and offers guests views over the apple orchard. The final bedroom is a slightly smaller double but still with plenty of room to move around in. All of the bedrooms have tea trays with homemade shortbread, fresh milk and fresh fruit.

Brook Farmhouse is ideally situated for touring Devon and Cornwall. Located between the North and South Devon Coast. Dartmoor is a short drive away, with all the walking opportunities that it has to offer. Maps and walking books are available for guests to borrow along with local knowledge of walks and good places to eat.

Aga cooked local bacon and sausage breakfast, using free-range eggs from the farm and apple juice from the orchard accompanied by delicious homemade preserves. Homemade cake and baked biscuits every day by your hosts. Brooks Farmhouse has pubs and restaurants close by and is also only a few easy miles to the centre of the Cathedral City of Exeter.
